Chocolate clementines from our own manufacture with raw food quality
The clementines are picked and dried with lots of love at a family business in Sicily. It has been established in 1920. The area from Catania to Sicily warrants a high quality because of the Mediterranean climate that dominates the region. The clementines grow at an optimum in the mineral rich volcanic soil near Etna. Organic and untreated fruits are picked when ripened, dried and arrive to us only a week later in Uetendorf.
Then we dip the dried clementines into our favored organic chocolate from Bolivia. With the combination of our chocolate and the dried clementines we are creating a sensational mix of taste - a bit sour yet deliciously sweet.
Dried clementines deliver a high amount of vitamin C. Together with the magnesium, antioxidants and the various other nutrients of cacao, it is a unique nutrient source.
