Untreated organic red clover in raw food quality.
Red clover belongs to the Papilionaceae family (legumes), stems from Asia and was brought to Europe, along with many other legumes, in the 16th century.
Red clover is rich in proteins, vitamins A, C, E, and B complex, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.
The seedlings should be watered regularly and can be harvested after 6-8 days. They are a particularly well-suited addition to salads and vegetables.
