Production of coconut flour

To prepare coconut flour, the coconut meat is dried and then pressed in an oil press to fresh coconut meat. The deoiled residue is finely ground and then packed airtight. The flour is snow white and has an exotic scent. Due to this production process, it is very low in fat.
