Ingredients

  • 100ml fresh orange juice
  • 100ml coconut water or spring water
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 frozen bananas (peel ripe bananas and put it into a freezer)
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1-2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients well.

Depending on the mature fruits can be sweeten with dates or raw agave nectar.
