Oats contain significantly more nutrients than all other types of cereals. Meanwhile, the grain is considered one of the healthiest and best in the world. We think: quite right. And we are pleased to present our favorite oatmeal, of course in the sprouted form. The grains contain less than 20 ppm gluten and are therefore also suitable for a gluten-free diet.
We source our germinated oat flakes directly from a family business we trust in Transylvania, Romania. The small organic company specializes in sprouted raw food. We are enthusiastic about the mindful, natural philosophy and are happy to offer selected flakes and grains to our customers.
For the full development of the mineral and vitamin density, the oat grains are sprouted after the harvest. Sprouting decodes the sleeping vital forces in the grain - the forces that make the small germ grow into a strong, multi-branched panicle. With gentle drying, these forces are then carefully preserved before the nutrient-rich seedlings are carefully processed into wholegrain flakes. A real treat for body and soul.
The slightly bitter taste is typical of the sprouted oats.

The wholesome oat flakes are ideal as a nutrient-rich ingredient in muesli. Prepare yourself a fruit or berry breakfast as you please and enjoy our germinated flakes. In addition to oat flakes, you will also find wholegrain sprouted spelt flakes, sprouted buckwheat and the sprouted Basic-muesli-three-grain. Put together your own favorite mix and enjoy the power of the sprouted raw food flakes.
